My joint pure-fitness/yoga membership comes to $915/ per month, you can separately join pure-yoga for around $835/month or pure-fitness for $715. Having never spent more than £30 a month for a gym membership back home I thought this price seemed outrageous at first, however it has been worth the price, the service provided is top quality. You get unlimited access over 160 yoga classes a week, with a different class to go to almost every hour of the day. Both pure-fitness and pure-yoga have excellent facilities, luxurious chill out areas and complimentary towels and toiletries. There's plenty of showers so there's rarely a wait, each shower cubicle has shower gel, shampoo and conditioner dispensers and my favourite part - the amazing ceiling showers! On the pure fitness floor even the work out gear is provided for you, so you only need to bring your trainers. There is a sauna and steam room in the changing rooms on the pure fitness floor too. There is also a variety of fitness classes, from body pump (another favourite) to burlesque and an impressive dvd collection to watch during your workout.
Check out the Pure-Yoga and Pure Fitness websites for more information.

If you're on a tighter fitness budget or not ready to commit to a monthly payment, there is also a brilliant series of pay-what-you-wish classes held by Dr Bryan Lau and Marcus Wong held in various venues around the Kowloon and Central area.
Bryan mainly holds Hatha yoga classes, while Marcus focuses more on Vinyasa and Yin yoga. They occasionally hold outdoor sunset yoga classes for charity and often have guest teachers and live music.
